Manufacturing Procedure
Step 1
Heat deionized water to 40℃.
Step 2
Add Anhydrous Sodium Metasilicate Powder Premium Grade. Mix until completely dissolved. The solution becomes transparent with alkaline conditions.
Step 3
Add Triethanolamine, borax, benzotriazole, sodium nitrite. Mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Add AEO-7 and defoamer. Continue mixing until uniform.
Step 5
Cool down. Add preservative. Filter and package.

Manufacturing Procedure
Step 1: Dry Mixing
Mix evenly Anhydrous Sodium Metasilicate Granular Grade, sodium carbonate, 4A zeolite, calcium carbonate, CMC.
Step 2
Add soap base and AES powder. Mix until uniform.
Step 3
Add approximately 1.5% water. Knead until a suitable molding consistency is achieved.
Step 4
Forming process: compression molding or extrusion and cutting.
Step 5
Dry at 50℃ until moisture content reaches ≤2%. Package after cooling.
