Plant Packaging Moisture Control: Bags and Jumbo

A caked bag, or a dull water mark on the powder, often starts after the assay has already passed. Zhongzhi Chemical treats packaging and the warehouse as the controls that keep a released lot looking like its batch COA. This page is factory-side prevention. It does not add a liner thickness, a desiccant count, or a new specification.

Two packs already used for export

The factory page already states the practical choice: 25 kg bags, jumbo bags, or own-label, loaded at Qingdao. The FAQ already names the moisture-resistant set used for sea freight: an inner PE liner, a strong woven bag or a paper-plastic composite, and jumbo for bulk. This article does not replace that list with a private pack drawing.

Sealed, cool, and dry — and not next to acid

• Sealed. An open liner, a split stitch, or an unclosed jumbo spout is a moisture path. Torn bags do not go into the container.
• Cool and dry. Store sealed, in a dry, ventilated place, off a wet floor and away from direct water. The FAQ on this site already states a 24 month shelf life when those conditions hold. That sentence is the published storage note. It is not a longer promise.
• Away from acids. These solids are alkaline. Acids do not share the bay. A leak can mark bags and cake product where acid and moisture meet, on a lot that was inside the window at packing. This is warehouse segregation. Transport class stays on the current SDS and on destination rules. This page does not reclassify the goods.

Where caking and whiteness complaints actually start

Batch QC has to pass moisture before the liner is closed. That gate is on checkpoints before packing. After release, the factory prevents the complaints that arrive as a hard lump or a stained face:

1. The PE liner is intact on the 25 kg bag, or the jumbo liner and spout are closed.
2. The warehouse stays cool and dry. Pallets do not sit in condensate.
3. The container is loaded dry. Extra moisture protection for a long sea leg is agreed on the order, not improvised after a claim.
4. If a complaint arrives, photograph the bag, the liner, and any water mark before the process file is opened. A split liner is a packing or storage event.

A yellow or off-white face on a bag that is still sealed and dry is a different path: iron, and whiteness if the purchase order names it, read on the batch COA first. That order of checks is on yellow powder: check the COA first. This page does not publish a whiteness percentage, and a liner is not a whiteness guarantee. Water exposure can dull appearance. Stopping that exposure is the prevention. The COA still governs any color row the contract locked.

What to send with the packing request

• 25 kg woven bag with PE liner, jumbo (500 kg or 1000 kg), or another size you already use
• Own-label, if you need it
• Destination and whether the sea leg needs the extra moisture protection the FAQ already allows
• Any warehouse limit you already run (sealed, cool, dry, segregated from acids)
• Volume as a request for the current supply plan
