Understanding Instant Soluble Powdered Sodium Silicate and its advantages
Instant Soluble Powdered Sodium Silicate is a white, free-flowing powder characterized by excellent cold resistance and outstanding uniformity. Unlike liquid sodium silicate, the powder form is easier to transport, store, and handle, making it particularly suitable for mechanized and automated production processes.
Under ambient temperature and pressure, it dissolves rapidly in water and can be uniformly blended with other powdered materials. It is especially suitable for preparing high-concentration liquid formulations with excellent mixing efficiency, offering significant cost savings in logistics and production operations.
Available in two product series — LGS-20 (modulus 1.9–2.1) and LGS-30 (modulus 2.9–3.1) — each with Superior and Normal grade options to match different application requirements.
